When will I be refunded my balance on the old account?

For a refund of your legacy account, please send an email to [e-mail] with the following information:

• Name
• Email
• Card Type
• Last 4 digits of card.

Processing of your refund is currently taking 2-4 business days, plus time for your institution to make the credit available.
